Not really.
I am laid up today though. I'm to avoid most normal activity for the next day or so after getting "fixed" this morning. It took all of 10 or 15 minutes. Which was surprising to me. I thought I'd be at the clinic this morning for longer than that.
Some day, they'll just give you a pill or use a nanobot or something.
I think the worst part was getting poked "down yonder" for the lidocaine injection. Ouch! I hate needles and shots as it is and I do everything I can to avoid getting them. So, this was the worst possible situation for me. Oh well. I've survived it. And, considering my wife's had a C-section and surgery after our 2nd daughter was born, this was insignificant in comparison.
So, now I'm hunkered down in bed with a book, Giant Robot #43 (another great issue), an issue of the New Yorker from last April (still trying to get caught up), and my Nintendo DS with Phoenix Wright and True Swing Golf.
And now you know more than you ever wanted to about me!
